NAMASTE
The gesture Namaste represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another. "Nama" means bow, "as" means I, and "te" means you. Therefore, Namaste literally means "bow me you" or "I bow to you."

The Circle was an amazing experience of light, love and MAGIC! The intention was to step into our greatness...to be big and bold. The healers that took place all shared and walked in the GREATNESS! Thank you to all sentient beings, spirits and healers that took part. We have decided to have a monthly circle for any healer that would like to take part. Namaste!

The Sweatlodge or Inipi Ceremony is an ancient ritual in the Native American Tradition. The benefits are spiritual, mental, and physical healing and purification. The sweatlodge ceremony is a part of many other ceremonies because of the opening it creates for spirit to enter.
The following items are suggestions of what to bring to this particular Sweat:
1 Gallon of Water; 2 Towels; Sweat Clothes (girls preferably long skirts, guys shorts without metal), and dry clothes for after the ceremony; Sacred objects to place on altar that you may want blessed; A Story, Song and/or Prayer
Sage, smudge sticks, sweetgrass, cedar, tobacco, and copal are used in ceremony
Drums and rattles are used in ceremony
There is a community feast directly following the lodge, pot luck, bring what you like.

The Inipi Ceremony is an ancient ritual in the Native American Tradition.
The benefits are spiritual, mental, and physical healing and purification.
The Sweatlodge ceremony is a part of many other ceremonies because of
the opening it creates for Spirit to enter.
When making a commitment to attend the Inipi Ceremony, it is important that
you plan on "giving up" your entire day to the process.
The lodge begins at 7am and is on "Indian Time" for the duration of the ceremony.
